Keto Rolls:Each roll is 4 ounces of fluffy, delicious bread risen with yeast and containing Organic Vital Wheat Gluten making it very high in protein with very little carbs and sugar-free too (unless requested below). They are an integral part of a good Keto diet. Choose Almond, Coconut or a combo of flours, you can also add Cheese, Walnut or Olive. NOTE: These rolls are not Gluten Free Normally prepared and picked up on Tuesday and Wednesday to minimize cross contamination.You may request other days in the special instructions understanding it will be prepared in proximity to wheat products.
We use all organic flours when available including our Organic High Protein Vital Wheat Gluten from the Central Milling Company. All our rolls are made to your preferences and dietary needs. Choose your pick up time and receive them fresh from our oven.
