This bread contains no oil, nuts, egg, or dairy and no wheat flour is added*
It is risen twice and then oven baked and puffed on a pizza stone.

This pita bread is risen once then rolled out and then risen again before we bake on a pizza stone in the oven. The result is a puffy pita with a soft texture. Order a batch for the week and putt them in the fridge or freezer; then warm or steam them up before eating. The perfect treat or meal enhancement for the health conscious or allergy sensitive people.

Disclaimer: Although our dough is made without adding wheat flour and cooked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, they are prepared in the same facility and ovens as our regular wheat flour products.
