This flat bread is made from the same dough as our gluten free breads and is risen once then rolled out and then risen again before we bake it on the stove top. The result is a “pita-like” texture that is softer, fluffier and tastier. It is made without dairy, eggs or nutsand is perfect for those with allergies. It is created with a combination of Garbanzo Bean Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Whole Grain Sorghum Flour and Fava Bean flour.
