Traditional flat breads made from scratch and by hand. Naan is made Tawa style with no yeast and cooked in a cast iron skillet to create the same texture as if baked in a Tandoor oven.
The pita is made Arabic style. The dough a is risen 3 times and then baked on a pizza stone until the dough puffs up like a balloon.
All bread is made to order. Specify your desired pick up time and we will time it so it is hot and fresh on arrival.
