Description
Select your favorite ingredients for your cup pie, then either have it all for yourself or share with a friend or significant other. It is the perfect size for after a meal or a treat during the day. Our ingredients are farm fresh and purchased at the local farmers market.
Our pie crust is made from scratch using our croissant dough that is risen and then folded with fresh organic butter. It gets folded 3 times with an hour or more of fridge time in between. The whole process for the dough takes a minimum of 6 hours to create, but the results are well worthwhile. This creates the most flaky and delicious tasting crust just as the French would bake them. Specify your time and we will make sure they are warm when you pick them up.
