Select your favorite ingredients for your cup pie, then either have it all for yourself or share with a friend or significant other. It is the perfect size for after a meal or a treat during the day. Our ingredients are farm fresh and purchased at the local farmers market.<\/p>\n
Our pie crust is made from scratch using our croissant dough that is risen and then folded with fresh organic butter. It gets folded 3 times with an hour or more of fridge time in between. The whole process for the dough takes a minimum of 6 hours to create, but the results are well worthwhile. This creates the most flaky and delicious tasting crust just as the French would bake them.
