\u2022 “Made-to-order” which means we will not bake it until you order it. Standard turn-around is 24 hours (48 hours on Sourdough and party boxes) unless otherwise requested. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 An approved Cottage Food Operation<\/a> by Santa Clara County under permit number PTO497147 and follow county guidelines for health and food safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All of our pastries start with hand-made and hand-rolled puff pastry dough created with fresh, local butter from the Petaluma Creamery and Organic Flour from the Central Milling company. Our ingredients matter and you can taste the difference in our Cinnamon Rolls, Croissants and more.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Diet and Healthy choices<\/h2>

Breads that do not contain wheat flour as well as low carb Keto breads. Available for pickup on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to avoid cross contamination with wheat products. NOTE: You may request other days in the special instructions understanding it will be prepared in proximity to wheat products. If you have a sensitivity to certain ingredients or following a diet, we can create a bread that meets your needs.

Some of the bread in this category does not contain wheat flour however, we cannot guarantee that our bread is 100% free of wheat. Get a party box filled with 24 of your choice of mini croissants, mini apple turnovers or cinna-minis. These are hand rolled 2″ mini versions of our full sized pastries. They come elegantly presented in a box complete with tongs and napkins. The perfect party-in-a-box for birthdays, office parties, weddings, or any occasion.
