We deep clean our kitchen on Mondays so that Tuesday we can create our Gluten Free bakes for our sensitive customers. We will make Gluten Free on other days, but if you are more sensitive this is the perfect day for us to ensure cross contamination is at a minimum.
Although our gluten-free dough is made and cooked using dedicated kitchen utensils and trays, they are prepared in the same facility and ovens as our regular flour products. We are not a certified gluten-free facility and cannot guarantee that our gluten-free bread is 100% free of gluten as there is always a possibility of trace amounts crossing over from other kitchen areas. Please consider this when ordering from our menu.
